ZT 2.7 Planning Meeting a Success

We finished our 2.7 release planning today. It was an exciting time for our ZT community as we hashed out the next round of cool features and set some hard and fast deadlines for release, discussed some possible funding from Adobe, and set up our todo list for the next several months.

New Server; New Forum; New Sleep Schedule

We've found a shiny new facility to host our servers, who promises to never format the hard disk without permission or reconfigure the firewall. Yay for that.

With the new CentOS 5 setup, we were able to create a shiny new forum. So now all that is left is a pretty new site design... hmm...

ZT 3 Design Overview

With the ZT 3 design nearly finalized, we've began a wiki to detail all the specifications and user documentation.

In the process, I worked up this mind map of the product to help organize the docs and thought it would be a spiffy way to share all the cool new features with our community.

2.6.4 Release Delayed One Week

The 2.6.4 release will be delayed one week to allow for additional testing.  The ZT devs are very interested in making this a bug free release and not yet satisfied with our QA checklist.  We've decided to bump the release date one additional week to allow for the testing to be completed.
